CA to acquire unified monitoring solutions vendor Nimsoft
CA beefs up its strength in IT performance and availability monitoring solutions for emerging enterprises and MSPs and adds to its' cloud computing portfolio with the acquisition of Nimsoft. It also pledged to build out Nimsoft's MSP and hosting provider channel it will acquire.

Acer big winner among PC markers in 2009
